Unleashing innovation through smarter commissioning within Adult Social Care.
Commissioners who champion innovation are more likely to deliver the change that is required to provide better services and improve care outcomes for their communities. This is possible when maximising the benefits of modern technology is prioritised. However, as we draw closer to the 2025 digital switchover deadline, panic about meeting the timeline could set in, distracting the focus from embracing innovation.
This webinar aims to demonstrate how, even under pressure, innovation can be unleashed via smarter commissioning and close partnership with Technology Enabled Care suppliers.
This webinar will address:
-
Why is there a need to adapt how we commission TEC?
-
How to adopt the mindset of a modern commissioner.
-
The benefits of a partnership approach to commissioning.
