Stuart is a member of the social care leadership team at Channel 3 Consulting, leading digitally-enabled transformation projects. He works with health and social care organisations to maximise the impact of digital, data, and technology-enabled care, embedding cultural change to improve outcomes, reduce demand, and lower costs.

Kathryn has worked in social care since 1989, including within the private sector, a health trust, four local authorities, and the Commission for Social Care Inspection.

Katie has played a significant role in advocating for and implementing digital solutions in social care, effectively and ethically. She is the co-convener of the Oxford Project on the Responsible Use of Generative AI in social care.

Charlotte has over 13 years' experience within the Health and Social Care sector including front line TEC delivery across monitoring, assessment, installation and response services.  With her past experience of working for a TEC ARC, Charlotte can support organisations with their TEC delivery plans and understands their operational & strategic challenges and requirements. In Charlotte’s current role as Head of Membership Services, she specialises in engaging with organisations and stakeholders across the TEC sector, with a focus on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
