Securing funding & creating the business case: What Works & Why
As a sector we constantly face the challenge of funding restraints that impact our shift from reactive to proactive and preventative care. Analogue to digital is at the heart of this transition and we must find ways to keep moving forward.
During this short session, we will discuss examples of how services have begun to see successes with seeking new funding opportunities such as utilising funding grants to purchase new technologies and how the use of financial assessment tools and embedding risk-based processes can support developing the business case for implementing new models of care.

Charlotte Findlay
Head of Membership Services
Charlotte has over 13 years' experience within the Health and Social Care sector including front line TEC delivery across monitoring, assessment, installation and response services. With her past experience of working for a TEC ARC, Charlotte can support organisations with their TEC delivery plans and understands their operational & strategic challenges and requirements.
In Charlotte’s current role as Head of Membership Services, she specialises in engaging with organisations and stakeholders across the TEC sector, with a focus on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
